Reality of an Illusion

What if we imagine all the things we see
Conform our mind Control our world
And let our thoughts run free
Lead the scene and run the game
Yet unsure of what is real
Find a path to search it out
Without a clue on how to feel
We are all alone and far from home
Erasing what we know
Forgetting who we are told to be
And searching through the soul
Spend too much time trapped in a box
A prisoner of your mind
Wasting all your thoughts and dreams
With nothing left to leave behind
All that we can be in life
And everything there is
Pictures from a painters mind
In search of new ideas
But it does not matter what you do
Where you go or what you find
You will always come to figure out
It’s all inside your mind
