Life

Life is a pattern of differences,
Full of so many incidences
Predictable in no way,
Just living from day to day
Having laughed and cried,
Like being on a ride
A smile and then a frown,
Flying high, then falling down
Living day to night,
Feeling calm then fright
Happy to sad, good to bad
Sometimes it repeats,
Having victories then defeats
What decisions will you make?
Which path will you take?
What does the future hold?
What story will you have told?
Will you be happy or will you be sad?
When it’s all over will you be glad?
