The Poet...Like a Bird

Like a bird flies
The Poet writes
it's a way of existence
a way of survival

Like a bird has wings
The Poet has a pen
to take him wherever
he wants to go

Like a bird sings
The Poet writes his words
songs of feelings and emotions
just waiting to be heard
