Forever

It started out a beautiful day,
With the sun shining thru.
You decided to go away,
and so did the sky´s blue.
While reading your note,
The clouds started to move in.
The thunder got stronger with every word,
That I was reading.
And as the raindrops hit the windowpane,
So did your words of goodbye on my heart.
I kept thinking and saying to myself,
I wont be the same with you gone.
All the love I felt,
Is thru and so is everything i´ve known.
As I looked out the window,
I saw the rain washing away everything.
Then I started to figure it out slow,
And I came to terms with you leaving.
For , I knew if I didnt deserve you,
Then I didn’t deserve this pain.
So, while everything was being renewed,
I left my heart be renewed too, by the rain.
