Melanie's Day

After forgetting
where she left her memory book
Melanie turned to looking
for a robe she was wearing.

They had an agreement
she wanted to be ready.

Easing her back to the chair
aides refastened the vest restraint.
Melanie felt breasts
warm, tight, like when he held her
making love winter nights
and moaned.

She needed to meet him
and turned to loosening the ties
again.
