Total Nevada

"Open"
The neon glow
alone in the desert
states its purpose.

On a grassless gravel lot
separated from the world
by its desperate need to provide
sits a library.......

For the "Good" of all
mindless committees
choose the words
and snub the whores
who built it.

We'll never see
quivering pink and blue bodies
entwined.....
displaying their passion
on a neon sign.

Only a red glow
beyond wrecked skeletons
where battered bodies
provide moments of touch
separated from reality.
