Disarray

Sometimes your soul will scream to let out the truth.
Sometimes it is best to bear the screaming and
Keep the truth within thyself.

It will beg to be released.
It will beg to be known.
It will beg to be set free.
You must deny its request knowing solemnly
You have made your own bed.

It will eat at your spirit.
It will gnaw at your conscience.
It will feed on you.
You must negate its persistent vexation and
Live with what you have learned.
