Awakening Her

As I lie here next to her my
soul glides amidst the clouds.

I watch the sun dip into the yearning ocean
and the moon stretches its thaws of light
into the ever dimming sky.

The mist of eve encircles my eyes
emasculating the world's tableau.

The final twinkle of consciousness fades
as my mind wonders back to the resplendent
vision that has captured my heart.

The flame rises once again as it did long ago,
come, comfort me in here absence
until the suns accent into the sleeping heavens.

Awaken her reuniting us once again.
