Dusk

Reflections of the night
Through the cracked sunset
An ending
Daytime nature ready for sleep
Nighttime nature stirs
Lights farewell
Brings an unsettled feeling
Of something left undone
Remaining sunlight
Kisses the treetops
Consoling their branches
