Life at the Secretary's Station

It is insipid
The click-clack of keyboard keys and
Vapid voices answering phones
Golliwog miscreants wait impatiently
Outside the Windexed window
Separating them from the riffraff world
Finally, the pretty princess poised in front
Takes a name.
